Company, CIK, form, filing date, file name, a link to the matched document, its file type (e.g. EX-99.1) and the 8-K items. Results are in EDGAR relevance order; a total of 10,000 means at least that many. Filter by form types (e.g. 8-K,10-K) and filing dates. Results are capped at 20. US government data.
