Text colour as #rrggbb (default #000000, black).
Built-in PDF font: helvetica (default), helvetica-bold, times, times-bold, courier or courier-bold.
Points (4-72, default 10).
{n} = this page's number, {N} = the last number.
Points (1/72 in) from the page edge (0-144, default 28).
0.05 (faint) to 1 (opaque, default).
Pages to number (default all), e.g. 2- to skip a cover.
The PDF as base64 (at most 10 MB decoded per request); or use url.
top-left, top-center, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-center (default) or bottom-right.
Number printed on the first numbered page.
Public http(s) URL of the PDF (at most 20 MB; private, internal and IP-literal hosts are refused); or use pdf_base64.
