Most filings to return, newest first (default 25).
Only filings EDGAR accepted after this time: pass the previous answer's `cursor` to get just the new ones.
SPACs (blank-check "Acquisition Corp" shells): include (default), exclude or only.
Stages
Only these stages: filed (first S-1/F-1/S-11), amended (…/A), upsized (…MEF, just before pricing), priced (424B4 final prospectus). Default: all.
